Togo

Togo is the other party in the maritime boundary dispute with Ghana. It has been notified of Ghana's decision to pursue international arbitration after eight years of failed bilateral negotiations. Togo had previously stopped Ghanaian seismic survey vessels in the disputed waters.

Togo's educational institutions were initially included in Nigeria's blanket ban, but diplomatic findings have since exonerated them. The Nigeria===House of Representatives (Nigeria) resolution further supports the recognition of degrees from accredited institutions in Togo.
