AD Ports Group

AD Ports Group signed a 30-year concession agreement with Aqaba Development Corporation to manage and operate the Jordan===Aqaba Multipurpose Port. This agreement expands AD Ports Group's global portfolio to 35 ports and terminals and represents its largest infrastructure investment in Jordan to date. The group will hold 70% ownership in the joint venture and invest AED141 million ($38.4 million).

AD Ports Group will utilize its world-class infrastructure at AD Ports Group===Khalifa Port and operational experience to facilitate the collaboration. This initiative aligns with its ambition to expand its role in strategic agro-processing value chains and contribute to the UAE's National Food Security Strategy 2051.

AD Ports Group is a signatory to the MoU with BUA Group and MAIR Group, focusing on sugar refining, agro-industrial development, and integrated global logistics solutions. This collaboration will involve developing advanced logistics infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates, strengthening trade flows between West Africa and the Gulf region.

AD Ports Group has expressed interest in collaborating with Nigeria on the initiative to refloat a national shipping carrier. This partnership is expected to strengthen Nigeria's maritime industry and could lead to new business opportunities for AD Ports Group.

AD Ports Group is a partner in the autonomous truck pilot project, which is being implemented within United Arab Emirates===Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi - KEZAD. This collaboration supports their role in enhancing logistics and operational performance within economic zones.
