The India===All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) India===Goa launched the PRAYAS centre in November 2025, a pioneering facility that integrates Ayurveda, yoga, and modern therapies for children with neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders. Since its inception, PRAYAS has provided coordinated rehabilitation services to 574 outpatients and 176 inpatients, showing encouraging clinical outcomes, including a three-year-old boy with cerebral palsy who regained the ability to walk without support. The initiative aligns with the National Health Policy 2017 and is supported by India===Goa's Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, who envisions the state as a global wellness and medical value travel hub.
