NetDragon Leads Thailand AI Workforce Initiative

NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited, along with its subsidiary EDA Thailand, has launched a government-backed AI initiative in Thailand. This collaboration, supported by Thailand's Thailand===Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, aims to build a future-ready workforce by integrating AI into education, skills development, and productivity through a 'Learn-to-Career Ecosystem'. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed to formalize this long-term framework. The initiative focuses on developing AI-enabled learning platforms, competency measurement frameworks, and career linkage mechanisms to prepare Thai talent for the evolving labor market. Dr. Simon Leung of NetDragon highlighted AI's role as a productivity equalizer for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and emphasized the importance of government involvement in AI transformation. The partners believe this model can be scaled across other emerging economies in Asia.
