This technological breakthrough by WISeKey and its subsidiary WISeKey===SEALSQ is expected to positively impact the cybersecurity, robotics, and satellite communication markets. The demonstration of a post-quantum-secure robot with space-based connectivity and M2M payments could set new industry standards and drive innovation, potentially increasing investor confidence in WISeKey and WISeKey===SEALSQ.
WISeKey International Holding Ltd, in collaboration with its subsidiary WISeKey===SEALSQ Corp, announced a world-first demonstration of its WISeRobot connecting to the WISeSat.Space satellite constellation via a post-quantum cryptography (PQC)-secured link. This initiative, known as the WISeRobot Project, aims to create the first post-quantum-secure robot designed to embed human values, combining advanced robotics, AI, secure semiconductors, decentralized technologies, and ethical governance. The robot will feature a secure digital identity anchored in PQC-resistant chips and integrate a native SEALCOIN wallet for secure machine-to-machine payments. This project emphasizes security, accountability, and privacy by design, aligning with global efforts to establish ethical frameworks for AI and robotics. Carlos Moreira, CEO of WISeKey and WISeKey===SEALSQ, will publicly demonstrate an AI upgrade of WISeRobot at the Tech & Fest event in Grenoble, France.
