The engagement of a contractor for a geophysical survey by Questcorp Mining signals active exploration, which could positively impact its stock price if the survey yields promising results. Rising Copper prices further enhance the potential value of Questcorp Mining's North Island Copper project, attracting investor interest in the mining sector.
Questcorp Mining Inc. has engaged Peter W. Walcott and Associates Limited to conduct a 10 to 15 line km induced polarization (IP) survey at its 1,168-hectare North Island Copper project in Canada===British Columbia. The survey will focus on the Marisa Zone, a porphyry copper target previously explored in the 1990s, where historical drilling showed increasing copper grades with depth. This initiative aims to generate new chargeability and resistivity subsurface elevation plans, which will be used to identify drill targets for a follow-up program. Questcorp Mining's President & CEO, Saf Dhillon, highlighted the project's increasing importance due to rising Copper prices. The company also holds the La Union project in Sonora, Mexico. The technical content was approved by R. Tim Henneberry, a Director and Qualified Person.
