India===Delhi has become the first state in India to formally partner with Bharat Taxi's cooperative mobility platform. The India===Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sahkar Taxi Cooperative Limited (STCL), the cooperative arm of Bharat Taxi, to launch technology-enabled taxi services across the National Capital. This initiative, led by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, aims to provide safe, reliable, and transparent taxi services for tourists and residents, while also strengthening taxi drivers' income, dignity, and welfare through a cooperative ownership model. Under the agreement, DTTDC will serve as the tourism and branding partner, focusing on upskilling drivers to act as brand ambassadors for India===Delhi Tourism. Bharat Taxi, through STCL, will provide mobility services using its digital platform and cooperative driver network, introducing curated travel products and point-to-point city services. Union Cooperation Minister Amit Shah previously launched Bharat Taxi, which plans to expand pan-India.
