Access Bank Plc is convening the second edition of the Africa Trade Conference (ATC 2026) on March 11, 2026, at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, South Africa. The conference, themed 'Turning Vision into Velocity: Building Africa's Trade Ecosystem for Real-World Impact,' aims to accelerate Africa's integration into global trade and drive the practical implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Keynote addresses will be delivered by Kennedy Mbekeani of the African Development Bank and Kwabena Ayirebi of the African Export–Import Bank, focusing on financing African trade. Roosevelt Ogbonna, CEO of Access Bank, will deliver the welcome address. The event will feature discussions on policy harmonization, infrastructure development, digitization, and innovative financing to unlock Africa's full trade capacity, with participation from various policymakers and finance leaders including Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare from Ghana, Tiroeaone Ntsima from Botswana, Nathalie Louat from the International Finance Corporation, and Florian Witt from Oddo BHF.
