Bangladesh 13th National Election Postal Ballot Update

The 13th Bangladesh===Jatiya Sangsad elections and a referendum are underway in Bangladesh, with updates on postal ballot processing. Salim Ahmad Khan, Team Leader of the Out of Country Voting (OCV) System Development & Implementation (SDI) Project, reported that a significant number of postal ballots from Bangladeshi expatriates, registered through the 'Postal Vote BD' app, have arrived in Bangladesh. As of February 11, 2026, 481,185 expatriate ballots have been received, with 515,619 overseas voters having completed their voting. Domestically, the Bangladesh===Bangladesh Election Commission has dispatched ballots to 760,898 registered voters, with 610,650 having received them and 580,665 having voted. In total, 1,527,760 voters, both expatriate and domestic, registered via the app.
