Capgemini and Alphabet Inc.===Google Cloud Platform have announced an expansion of their strategic partnership to deliver end-to-end secure sovereign cloud solutions. This collaboration aims to accelerate AI adoption at scale, leveraging Alphabet Inc.===Google Cloud Platform's Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise, while ensuring data protection and compliance with stringent regulatory requirements. Capgemini will establish a Google Sovereign Cloud Delivery Practice and Center of Excellence to provide specialized advice and services. With its newly attained Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) partner status and as an authorized GDC air-gapped operator, Capgemini can offer a fully managed, isolated service model for organizations requiring total internet isolation, especially in European markets. This partnership is further bolstered by Capgemini's recent acquisitions of Syniti and Cloud4C, enhancing its capabilities in data transformation and managed cloud services. The initiative focuses on enabling secure logistics planning, threat analysis, and operational decision support, ensuring data remains within secure enclaves.
