The new five-story building will feature modern classrooms, laboratories, and simulation areas, accommodating up to 7,200 additional enrollees. Marcos Jr. highlighted the government's commitment to improving healthcare education and services, announcing over P500 billion allocated in the 2026 national budget for the health sector, including funds for medical scholarships and tuition subsidies. Manila Mayor Isko Moreno also expressed support for the initiative, which is expected to address the country's shortage of healthcare workers and enhance the quality of healthcare services nationwide. Additionally, Bongbong Marcos oversaw the turnover of a P15 million check to the President Corazon C. Aquino General Hospital for facility improvements.
