YouTuber Ducky Bhai Indicted for Gambling Promotion

YouTuber Saad Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, along with his wife Aroob Jatoi, has been formally indicted by a judicial magistrate in Lahore on charges of promoting gambling applications on social media. All accused pleaded not guilty and will contest the case, with the next hearing scheduled for February 23. The case was initiated by the Pakistan===National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency, which has been targeting several social media influencers for similar offenses. Saad Rehman was arrested in August last year and later granted bail by the Pakistan===Lahore High Court. Following his release, he publicly accused the Pakistan===National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency of physical and verbal abuse during his detention. These allegations led to the removal and subsequent arrest of former Pakistan===National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency Lahore Additional Director Sarfraz Chaudhry and six other officials by the Pakistan===Federal Investigation Agency on charges of misuse of authority and bribery.
