Asaduddin Owaisi Files Complaint Against Himanta Biswa Sarma

The video purportedly depicted Sarma aiming a firearm at individuals clearly portrayed as Muslims, with captions like 'point-blank shot' and 'no mercy'. Owaisi claims Sarma has a history of making statements against the Muslim community and that these recent actions intensify hate speech. The complaint seeks criminal action against Sarma, citing the video as an act intended to incite communal violence. Owaisi also highlighted the Supreme Court's directive for police to take suo motu action in hate speech cases.
