Key figures involved include Ravi Menon, former Managing Director of Singapore===Monetary Authority of Singapore and chair of Global Finance and Technology Network, and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands. James Boey of Global Finance and Technology Network and Shweta Rajpal Kohli of Startup Policy Forum signed the Memorandum of Understanding.
