Paul Saville-King Appointed Unispace CEO

Unispace, a global leader in integrated workplace strategy, design, and construction, has announced the appointment of Paul Saville-King as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, effective February 2026. Paul Saville-King joins Unispace from CBRE Group, where he held several senior executive roles, including Chief Product Officer of Global Workplace Solutions and Global President of Project Management. He also served as Chief Transition Officer for CBRE Group's strategic investment in Turner & Townsend. Earlier in his career, Paul Saville-King was on the board of CBRE Group===Norland Managed Services for ten years and spent seventeen years in leadership roles with Honeywell. Jodi Ingham, Managing Director at PAG, highlighted Paul Saville-King's industry, global, and leadership experience as crucial for Unispace's next phase of growth. In his new role, Paul Saville-King will focus on strengthening Unispace's integrated global delivery model, deepening sector partnerships, and supporting clients in navigating changing real estate conditions across global markets. Unispace operates with over 600 employees across 27 studios in 13 countries.
