XtalPi deploys automated workstation at BASF

XtalPi, a global leader in AI- and robotics-driven R&D platforms, announced the successful deployment of its automated formulation stability testing workstation at BASF. This collaboration enables BASF to establish an end-to-end automated system for sample management, analytical testing, and data management at its Innovation Campus Shanghai. The intelligent system automates the entire testing process, from sample loading to image-based analysis, pH measurement, and viscosity testing, addressing BASF's previous challenges with manual, time-consuming, and inconsistent workflows. This project highlights XtalPi's advanced robotic automation capabilities and its ability to deliver highly specialized, scalable solutions, further validating its commercial execution and bolstering its reputation. The modular and customizable platform from XtalPi is also deployed at other institutions like Sinopec and Fudan University, demonstrating its broad applicability across pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, new energy, and advanced materials.
