His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has approved the Al Layan Oasis development project in United Arab Emirates===Dubai, a new environmental and recreational destination spanning one million square metres with a large lake. This initiative, part of United Arab Emirates===Dubai Municipality's Blue and Green Roadmap 2030, aims to showcase the desert environment's beauty, promote sustainability, and enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. The project, valued at over AED4 billion, includes 14 km of walking and cycling tracks, 1,000 parking spaces, and is expected to attract 330,000 visitors annually. It is divided into four zones: Gathering Oasis, Family Oasis, Camping Oasis, and Recreation Oasis, offering diverse amenities. United Arab Emirates===Dubai Municipality is also providing 365,000 square metres of investment opportunities to foster public-private partnerships and stimulate the local economy.
