Abubakar Kyari Elected IFAD Governing Council Chairman

Abubakar Kyari, Nigeria's Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, has been elected Chairman of the 49th Governing Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) during its session in Rome, Italy.
