Assistant Inspector General of Police Olatunji Disu has assumed duty as the 55th AIG in charge of the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Annex, Alagbon Close, Ikoyi, Lagos, effective February 9, 2026. He succeeds AIG Margaret Ochalla, who is attending a professional training program in the United States. Olatunji Disu, a senior police officer with over three decades of experience, has pledged to uphold high professional standards, shun corruption, and strengthen the operational and investigative capacity of the FCID Annex. He thanked Inspector General of Police Kayode Egbetokun for the appointment and called on stakeholders and the public to support the police in fighting crime and promoting justice.
