Kogi State Issues Church Security Warning, Army Overruns Terrorist Enclave

This directive follows credible intelligence of a planned bandit attack on a church in Nigeria===Ijumu Local Government Area, with intercepted conversations revealing plots to kidnap worshippers for ransom. The government has activated security measures to prevent the attack and reiterated that no church is permitted to operate beyond 4:00 pm, especially in isolated areas. Concurrently, troops of the Nigeria===Nigerian Army's 12 Brigade, led by Brigadier General Kasim Umar Sidi, successfully overran a notorious terrorist enclave linked to kingpins Kachalla Ibrahim and Shuaibu. This operation resulted in the recovery of over 2,000 rounds of ammunition and high-velocity grenades, significantly degrading the criminal network's capacity. The camp was subsequently destroyed.
