Technip Energies===Reju, a textile-to-textile regeneration company owned by Technip Energies, has announced the selection of Lacq, France, as the site for its first industrial-sized Regeneration Hub. This facility will utilize Technip Energies===Reju's proprietary depolymerization technology, developed with IBM===IBM Research, to transform post-consumer textiles into high-quality recycled polyester (rBHET and Technip Energies===Reju PET). The project, subject to a final investment decision by Technip Energies, aims to strengthen France's leadership in circular industrial innovation, contribute to decarbonization, and create approximately 80 direct and over 300 indirect jobs. This French Hub is part of Technip Energies===Reju's broader strategy to build a scalable circular infrastructure across Europe and the United States, aligning with France's ambitious circular-economy agenda. The hub will be located on the Induslacq platform, owned by TotalEnergies, and is supported by Chemparc, a local development agency.
