Zamfara State Procures Military Equipment

Governor Dauda Lawal of Nigeria===Zamfara State has procured and distributed 25 armoured personnel carriers, surveillance drones, and other operational equipment to security forces in the state. This initiative aims to address the long-standing security crisis that has disrupted daily life, affected farmers, and hindered economic productivity in rural areas. The Minister of Defence, Christopher Gwabin Musa, commended Governor Lawal's commitment, highlighting the importance of such efforts in strengthening public safety. The equipment, including Hilux vehicles, Toyota Buffaloes, and motorcycles, will enhance troop protection, improve situational awareness through aerial surveillance, and support more precise coordination among security agencies. This move is part of the state's 'Rescue Mission' which includes the Nigeria===Zamfara State Security Trust Fund and the Community Protection Guards, all designed to ensure effective security intervention.
