India's AI Job Market Concentrated in Bengaluru, Delhi National Capital Region, Mumbai

A report by CBRE South Asia Private Limited, based on over 64,500 AI-related job listings on Info Edge (India)===Naukri.com as of December 2025, reveals that India===Bengaluru and India===Delhi National Capital Region together account for over 50% of India's AI job openings. India===Bengaluru leads with 25.4%, followed by India===Delhi National Capital Region at 24.8%, and India===Mumbai at 19.2%. These three cities collectively represent nearly 70% of all AI jobs in the country. The report emphasizes India's transition into a hub for end-to-end AI innovation, driving significant demand for AI professionals and record office leasing activity, particularly in India===Bengaluru. Other cities like India===Hyderabad, India===Pune, India===Chennai, and India===Kolkata also contribute to the AI job market. Anshuman Magazine of CBRE Group noted that this evolution is set to redefine India's economic landscape and its position in the global digital value chain. The surge in AI demand is mirrored by performance in the physical office market, with India===Bengaluru leading office absorption.
