Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is expanding its partnership with Japan-based NTT Urban Development===NTT UD Asia Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone===NTT Urban Development, for a multi-tower mixed-use residential and retail project in Philippines===Pasig City, Philippines. This venture, managed through Cebu Landmasters===CLI Luzon Ventures Inc., marks Cebu Landmasters' significant entry into the National Capital Region (NCR) market, diversifying its geographic focus beyond Visayas and Mindanao. The project, set for launch by the end of 2026, will feature eight Japanese-inspired towers with efficient space planning, sustainable design, and curated amenities. This collaboration follows their successful 2024 joint venture for The Wave Towers in Cebu IT Park, reflecting deep trust and shared commitment to quality and long-term value.
