Oware-Mensah is accused of orchestrating fraud through her company, Blocks of Life Consult, by securing a GH¢31.5 million loan from the Agricultural Development Bank using a list of non-existent national service personnel. Osei Assibey Antwi, former Executive Director of the Ghana===National Service Scheme, also faces charges for allegedly diverting GH¢8.26 million and unauthorized withdrawals, with total alleged offenses linked to him amounting to approximately GH¢615 million. The case has been adjourned to May 11.
