Zscaler and Bharti Airtel Launch AI & Cyber Threat Research Centre - India

Zscaler and Bharti Airtel have jointly launched the AI & Cyber Threat Research Centre - India, a multi-stakeholder digital initiative aimed at advancing national cyber resilience and accelerating trusted AI adoption in India's expanding digital ecosystem. The center will focus on protecting critical sectors such as telecommunications, banking, and energy, and will serve as a platform for collaboration between the private sector, public sector, academia, and the government. Zscaler will deploy a specialized threat research team leveraging its Zero Trust Exchange platform, while Bharti Airtel will contribute deep visibility into IoT and mobile traffic. The initiative is designed 'In India, For India' to strengthen the nation's cyber defenses and build a future-ready talent pipeline, addressing the evolving threat landscape with AI-driven attacks and millions of infiltration attempts observed monthly by Zscaler's ThreatLabz India.
