Key incidents include the interception of Rabi Muhammad at the Seme border, who attempted to smuggle 3,200 capsules of tramadol in a fake baby bump, and Michael Gohouri at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, who ingested 82 wraps of cocaine for transport to Milan. A major arrest was Kolapo Oladapo Raji, Chairman/CEO of Trans Fortress Global Resources, a real estate firm, found with 89.20kg of Canadian Loud. He admitted to financing drug consignments and establishing his own distribution network. Other operations across various Nigerian states resulted in the seizure of large quantities of skunk and codeine-based syrup, with several other suspects apprehended.
