A passenger bus traveling from Pokhara to Kathmandu plunged into the Trishuli River near Gajuri in Nepal's Dhading district early on Monday. The accident resulted in the deaths of at least 18 people, including one male passenger from New Zealand, and injured 26 others, including a Japanese and a Dutch national. The bus veered off the Prithvi Highway and fell approximately 300 meters down a steep slope.
