Imran Khan's Third Eye Procedure at PIMS

Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan===Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister of Pakistan, underwent a third eye procedure at the Pakistan===Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO). Doctors have declared his vision satisfactory after the administration of an anti-VEGF injection. The procedure was conducted under strict medical protocols, with Khan remaining stable throughout. This follows previous treatments in January and February. Pakistan===Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has expressed concerns over the secrecy surrounding his treatment and the denial of access for his personal doctors and family, advocating for his transfer to a private hospital like Shifa International Hospital. The Pakistan===Islamabad High Court had previously directed the formation of a medical board to assess his health, rejecting the transfer request. A report on his condition was also submitted to the Pakistan===Supreme Court of Pakistan.
