The Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Programme (FUCAP), a collaboration between Unilever and UNICEF, has successfully empowered over 900,000 young Nigerians with essential employability, digital, and entrepreneurial skills. Launched two and a half years ago, the program operates through UNICEF's Youth Agency Marketplace digital platform and campus networks across tertiary institutions in Nigeria. It is part of Generation Unlimited, a global public-private partnership chaired by Vice President Kashim Shettima. Tobi Adeniyi, Managing Director of Unilever===Unilever Nigeria, highlighted the program's blend of digital learning and on-campus engagement, reaching over 85,000 students through 30 career seminars. Celine Lafoucriere of UNICEF emphasized the initiative's role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry demands, providing training and guidance to facilitate students' transition into jobs.
