Coal India===Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL), represented by its Chairman and Managing Director Buddhaprakash Jyoti, highlighted its initiatives to extract rare earth elements from mining waste and recover valuable minerals from fly ash. The discussions focused on the current demand-supply scenario, exploration opportunities, technological requirements, and policy support. The committee called for accelerated exploration, enhanced research and development, and strategic partnerships to unlock India's untapped mineral potential. The report will be finalized and submitted in a time-bound manner, with the next meeting scheduled at NLC India Limited.
