Health Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha is overseeing the 99-day action plan, which will be implemented in four phases from March 6 to June 12. The initiative focuses on maternal and child care, adolescent and elderly health, anemia screening, and detection of non-communicable diseases like hypertension, diabetes, and cancer. Later phases will address infection control, public health preparedness, and expansion of urban health services, including upgrading 145 Urban Primary Health Centres in India===Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, India===HITEC City, and India===Medchal into polyclinics.
