Temu has been named to USA TODAY's 'America's Best Customer Service 2026 List' for the second consecutive year. This recognition is based on an independent consumer survey of over 32,000 U.S. customers and an analysis of 3.1 million customer reviews, conducted by USA Today and research partner Plant-A Insights Group. Temu, which launched in the U.S. in September 2022, is the youngest company recognized in the 'Mass Merchant and Variety' category. The company offers a Purchase Protection Program, a 90-day return policy, a 30-day price match guarantee, and 24/7 customer service. An Ipsos survey commissioned by Temu indicated that shoppers saved an average of 24% and 75% would recommend the platform. In 2024, Temu also launched a program to help U.S.-based businesses reach more shoppers.
