Bain & Company and IBM Partner on Post-Quantum Cryptography

Bain & Company and IBM have announced a strategic collaboration to provide expertise to private equity and corporate clients on post-quantum cryptography (PQC) risks and mitigation strategies. This partnership combines IBM Consulting's quantum-safe transformation services with Bain & Company's diligence capabilities to assess client resilience in the post-quantum world. The initiative addresses the growing risk that quantum computing poses to current encryption standards, which could lead to substantial business and investment risks.
