Humanitarian Crisis in Jonglei State, South Sudan

A severe humanitarian crisis is unfolding in Nyatim, Nyirol County, South Sudan===Jonglei State, South Sudan, where at least 58 people have died in the past four weeks due to suspected hunger, acute watery diarrhoea, and malaria. Approximately 30,000 people, displaced by recent violence, are sheltering without adequate food, water, or medical care. Médecins Sans Frontières is reporting on the dire situation, with staff on the ground witnessing deaths and abductions.
