Clever Devices, with projected 2026 revenues of over $220 million and a customer base including 8 of the 10 largest North American transit agencies, brings deep digital expertise in fleet management, passenger experience, and operational efficiency solutions. The integration of Clever Devices' portfolio with Hitachi===Hitachi Rail's HMAX Mobility suite will enable enhanced multimodal solutions, optimize energy management, and contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close later in the year.
