Bandits Abduct Nine in Sokoto State

Suspected bandits launched a late-night attack on the Chacho community in Wurno Local Government Area of Nigeria===Sokoto State, abducting nine residents and injuring two others. The attackers gained access through a route linked to the Sabon Birni forest. The Nigeria===Nigeria Police Force, through its Nigeria===Sokoto State Command and spokesperson Ahmad Rufai, confirmed the incident and has initiated a manhunt for the perpetrators, deploying tactical teams to the area.
