Alphabet Inc.'s subsidiary, Raiden Infotech India Private Limited, is implementing the project in partnership with Adani Group===Adani Infra India Limited, which has formed three Special Purpose Vehicles for the development. The state government has allotted over 600 acres of land for the hub.
