Uttar Pradesh Inaugurates New Police Buildings

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated two modern security buildings in the Gorakhnath Math area of India===Uttar Pradesh, costing over Rs 9.18 crore. He emphasized that security is fundamental to good governance and highlighted significant improvements in the state's police force since 2017. These improvements include the recruitment of over 2.19 lakh police personnel, an increase in training capacity from 3,000 to 60,000, and enhanced infrastructure such as housing facilities and barracks. The new facilities will house senior police officials' offices, a control room, storeroom, and maintenance workshop, serving as a model for modern policing. Yogi Adityanath stated that these reforms have led to a stronger law and order environment, contributing to a model of good governance and a developed India, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision.
