The Telangana===Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Telangana===Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority) has launched a Public Grievance and Guidance Cell (PGGC) to enhance stakeholder engagement and strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms in the real estate sector across India===Telangana. The initiative, set up through the Bella Vista, Hyderabad, Hyderabad, follows national deliberations and guidance from the India===Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Telangana===Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority Chairman N. Satyanarayana stated that the PGGC will guide stakeholders on rights and responsibilities, assist in grievance redressal, and improve awareness and compliance under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The Cell will serve as a citizen-centric platform, providing reliable information, reducing disputes, assisting with complaint filing, and supporting policy formulation through feedback. Justice Santosh Reddy, Chairperson of the India===Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, inaugurated the PGGC.
