TrendAI and Anthropic AI Security Collaboration

Trend Micro's enterprise AI security leader, TrendAI, announced a collaboration with Anthropic to expand the deployment of Claude Opus 4.7 for security research. This partnership aims to accelerate vulnerability discovery and remediation, leveraging AI-accelerated threat intelligence to identify, prioritize, and mitigate exploitable vulnerabilities. TrendAI's AESIR platform, launched in 2025, already uses Claude Opus 4.7 to autonomously discover and prove real vulnerabilities across complex software ecosystems. The collaboration is expected to enhance TrendAI Vision One's capabilities in prioritizing risks, mapping attack paths, and enabling swift mitigation, including virtual patching, across hybrid environments. Rachel Jin, Head of TrendAI, highlighted the importance of this collaboration in bridging the gap between vulnerability discovery and real-world risk reduction.
