Ravi Garg, Director of Business Messaging at Meta India, emphasized that this initiative addresses the challenges faced by SMEs in managing high volumes of customer queries with limited resources. The rollout will occur over the coming weeks, allowing eligible businesses to activate and train the AI using their existing profiles and catalogues.
