MicroVision and Avular Innovations Collaborate

MicroVision and Avular Innovations B.V. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to integrate their technologies for the development of next-generation autonomous systems. The collaboration will combine MicroVision's high-performance lidar and perception software with Avular Innovations' modular drone platforms. This partnership aims to deliver advanced capabilities such as autonomous mission execution in GPS-denied environments, high-fidelity 3D modeling, and collision avoidance. The companies plan to launch a joint demonstration program to validate performance and pursue business development opportunities, with MicroVision leading efforts in the United States and Avular Innovations leading in Europe. The agreement positions both companies to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions for civil infrastructure and global commercial applications.
