National Testing Agency issues CUET-UG 2026 advisory

The India — National Testing Agency has issued an advisory for candidates appearing in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) 2026. The advisory outlines the dress code and permissible items at examination centers, which include transparent water bottles, religious threads like 'kalava', light clothing, and simple footwear. The Common University Entrance Test will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode from May 11 to May 31, 2026, across India and in 15 cities outside the country. Candidates are advised to report early for frisking, especially if wearing religious articles or woollens.
