Medidata Presents Oncology Research at ASCO

Dassault Systèmes — Medidata Solutions, a Dassault Systèmes brand, presented two pivotal research abstracts at the American Society of Clinical Oncology 2026 Annual Meeting. The research, conducted by the Dassault Systèmes — Medidata Solutions Research Alliance, leverages AI and extensive clinical trial datasets to optimize breast cancer trial protocols and validate the efficacy of Tocilizumab for CAR T-induced Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS). Key findings include a 10-23% reduction in breast cancer trial enrollment rates associated with PET Imaging and up to 10% reductions in dropout rates with blood cell analyses. The study on Tocilizumab, involving 2,300 patients with B-cell lymphoma, confirmed a 66% complete response rate, while also highlighting the need for alternative therapies for the remaining 34% of patients.
