Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra>>> was accused by a woman of misrepresenting himself as a divorcee, entering into a relationship, and marrying her in 2021 while already married. The court considered the complainant's decade-long physical relationship with Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra>>> and debated whether she could have been unaware of his existing marital ties. Despite Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra>>> previously absconding and being declared a proclaimed person, the court ruled that these factors, along with other pending FIRs, were not sufficient grounds to deny bail. The bail conditions include surrendering his passport and reporting to the police station twice a month. The defense argued that the allegations were politically motivated.
