Pudu Robotics, a leader in commercial service robotics, and Shenzhen Culture and Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd. have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop the world's first full-scenario robot-serviced hotel. Located on the West Artificial Island of the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link in China's Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, the hotel will integrate embodied AI and multi-robot collaboration for guest reception, room delivery, cleaning, food service, and guest support. The project, with a long-term vision extending to 2030, will roll out in phases, with trial operations beginning by the end of 2026.
