Mobix Labs acquires Vision Aerial

Mobix Labs, Inc. has signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire Vision Aerial, Inc., a Montana-based manufacturer of American-built drones. This acquisition will expand Mobix Labs' presence into the rapidly growing global drone and aerial intelligence markets. Vision Aerial's drones are used by various entities including the United States, United States, United States — United States Department of Agriculture, L3Harris, Marathon Oil, OVO Energy, and NorthWestern Energy for national security, critical infrastructure inspection, and emergency response. The deal is part of Mobix Labs' strategy for growth through targeted acquisitions, leveraging the increasing demand for secure, high-performance domestic drone systems, especially in the United States where federal restrictions favor American-made technology.
