Incuspaze, a managed workspace provider, has acquired iKeva, a coworking company, through a 100% buyout transaction. This acquisition significantly expands Incuspaze's presence in India — Hyderabad and India — Bengaluru, adding 5 lakh sq ft of portfolio across 18 centers. The deal is expected to contribute approximately Rs 100 crore to Incuspaze's annual revenue and is a strategic step towards its goal of achieving Rs 1,000 crore revenue by FY29 and a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO) within the next 24-36 months. Sanjay Choudhary, Founder and CEO of Incuspaze, highlighted that the acquisition will enhance regional footprint, drive cost efficiencies, and standardize customer experience. This move comes amidst rising demand for flexible workspaces in India, driven by multinational corporations and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Incuspaze has been actively pursuing inorganic growth, having previously acquired 3Shape TRIOS, VSKOUT, and Million Minds.
