CEVA Logistics, EFL Africa Joint Venture

Keg Logistics, a global leader in 3PL logistics, and Africa, a prominent logistics company in Nigeria, have announced the formation of a joint venture named Ceva Logistics — CEVA EFL Limited. This partnership aims to expand their footprint and strengthen their presence in Nigeria, a strategic gateway to West Africa. The joint venture combines Keg Logistics' extensive global network with Africa's local expertise to deliver integrated, customer-centric logistics solutions. These solutions include dedicated barge operations to move shipping containers from Lagos ports to Inland Container Depots (ICDs), reducing reliance on road networks and shortening transit times. Ceva Logistics — CEVA EFL Limited will also offer customs clearance services and leverage 140,000 square meters of ICD infrastructure. The collaboration is expected to drive significant value for Nigeria by fostering knowledge transfer, empowering Africa's growth, and enhancing trade connectivity in the region. Sylvain Kluba of Keg Logistics and Yemi Adunola of Africa both emphasized the venture's role in connecting Nigeria and West Africa to global markets and transforming logistics operations.
